If you approach from the West (Exeter side) and use Google Maps, it can take you up the wrong end of Green Lane. If you are asked to “turn left” which is actually straight on up a farm track, ignore it and follow the road around to the right. This will take you to the correct end of Green Lane which is marked “unsuitable for motors” and we are the fourth house in. The images below show the wrong (on the left) and right turnings.
